- Methodology and VR Curriculum
This outcome will include guidelines and explanation of how to develop critical skills and competencies and address specific skills needs of those working with autistic people and advise or employ autistic people.
- VR Application
The app will include games for autistic job seekers to practice preparation for an interview and for a new worker role. Also, it will include games for educators and employers to understand autistic people as well as the challenges they face when going for interviews and working in small office environments or being invited to round table meetings.
- Online Toolkit & Resources
The partners will develop different modules providing information about autism, communication with employers, interview skills or benefits of employing autistic people, among other key issues. The toolkit will include videos, best practices and training materials.
